Anne Whipple was born and raised a Colorado Native, 4th generation Realtor and into a family who has been practicing real estate in the Metro Denver area since 1921. She has been around real estate her entire life, learned from her family legacy and customer service experience to build her own business and give back to her clients and community. 

It is Anne’s mission to make a difference in people's lives and leave a lasting impression by empowering others through education, trust, dedication, and a commitment to results. It all started in the restaurant industry where she worked for a very long time. This developed into 18 years owning a pet store and working as a nurse full-time in the medical field. It wasn’t until Anne’s knee surgery and 13 months of rehabilitation did she lean into her real estate career. With a family tree owning 70% of Sheridan’s land mass, it is no wonder why Anne blended her values of knowledge, heart for service and lifetime relationships into a successful real estate career. Anne believes that knowledge is power and she deeply cares about her clients and building relationships that last a lifetime.

While Anne has been licensed as a realtor for 8 years, she is not your average salesperson. She has played her own monopoly game of life; building her empire in residential real estate and experiencing different real estate industries along the way. Anne is not just a sign in a yard; she wants relationships for life, not for right now. She gets her hands dirty to go above and beyond for her clients. Her golden rule is that she adheres to the highest standards of ethics and integrity. If the situation isn't a win-win for all involved, it's a no deal.

Alongside practicing as a licensed realtor, Anne is on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) at Keller Williams DTC as the Head of the Growth Committee. She is really passionate about assisting others in building wealth for future generations. Anne renamed the Growth Committee, “Impact Committee'', which embodies her intention to implement meaningful and purposeful change so that others can succeed. 

Anne is also a member of KW Sports & Entertainment reflecting her other passion for working with professional athletes. She has worked for the Denver Broncos, NFL Alumni, Players Association & Congress. She also has a charity foundation called Sports Legend Foundation where she works with professional athletes to give back to communities.

In Anne’s spare time, she loves to travel the world, spend time with family, her 3 dogs and cat and snowboard with her husband. Anne’s life is all about balance; which is why she loves a good nap to recharge so can transform dreams into reality, one home at a time.
